Our scope
A space frame is a three-dimensional structural network of connected members and nodes. Triocon uses bolted solid ball-joint hollow-tube technology, with the structure configured around each project’s geometry, supports, loads and roof covering.
Our design package covers geometry, member forces, deflections and support reactions. Shop and erection drawings identify nodes, members, support positions, purlins and connection details, coordinated with the agreed roof and loading requirements.
We manufacture bolted ball-joint components and mark members to correspond with the shop and erection drawings. Materials and protective finishes are selected against the project specification, with component documentation included in the agreed supply package.
The method may use ground assembly and crane lifting, partial assembly and lifting, or erection from scaffolding. Site access, temporary support requirements and the engineered lifting plan determine the approach for each project.
Built project experience
Our Saudi portfolio includes security gate sunshades, industrial facilities, shopping mall structures, swimming pool roofing and a column-free warehouse. Space frames are also used for airports, metro stations and sports venues; suitability depends on the design requirements.

There is no single reliable rate for every project. Span, geometry, loads, material, protective finish, cladding, site access and installation requirements all affect the quotation. Send the available drawings and quantities for a project-specific assessment.
A space frame can span between perimeter supports, subject to engineering design. Our Tabarjal Solar Power Plant project shows a 620 m² warehouse roof with a clear internal floor. The achievable span for a new project must be established from its design requirements.
